Derek creates vibrant canvases using a variety of mediums - acrylic and resin. He is probably better known for his canvas pieces that he sets alight with a blow torch to create stunning vibrant images with a textured finish. Julie Coulter - originally from Lancashire, now lives in Glasgow and is inspired by the beauty of the human form. Julie paints both male and female figurative images. Jennifer’s work is mainly figurative and often incorporated into a stunning landscape.Her paintings are vibrant and thought provoking and her studies are also proving extremely popular. Living in Swansea, Martin’s background was industrial design and he has always had a love of figurative sculpture. Having been commissioned by top ceramics companies in the UK to produce a wide range of pieces, he has now embarked on a new path, creating a new collection of male and female pieces and dealing directly with galleries. Park Gallery is the first gallery to commission pieces for exhibit and we are confident that these will be very popular with collectors. Living in Glasgow, Mark’s background was in the design industry. His style of art ranges from the abstract, evoking colour and mood through to photorealistic studies of people, places and objects experienced on his travels. Stephanie Gilkes - now lives in Glasgow and spins silk, dies and creates vibrant wall panels. The beauty of the silk is the opulence of the colour.. Alex Mackay - from Glasgow creates beautiful handmade glass and has chosen to design glass inspired from many sources; from everyday images or patterns, from organic sources to inspirational views of the landscape and the heavens. MENELAS Strike a Pose, a new collection of limited edition photographic art on box canvas from Greek born Menelas, who now lives and works in Glasgow. This collection of male images, highlight the nuances and diversity of the way men pose. Douglas Roulston - originally from Glasgow graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee with a Master of Fine Art. Douglas paints evocative and moody Scottish landscapes accentuating the beauty and ruggedness of the land form and omits the man made elements from his paintings. Living in Eaglesham, Robert creates wonderful vibrant and light capturing abstract images painted on glass. The combination of colour and metals, his work shimmers as natural light moves around the room and take on a whole new view by artificial lighting in the evening. Living in Dumfries, Ivor’s background was as an illustrator in London. Since moving to Dumfries, Ivor is now a full time artist. Inspired by people, events, books, music and film he creates images that tell a story. He is the first artist to be published by Park Gallery and most of his originals are snapped up even before he has completed his works. Tracy Weir - from Glasgow paints stunning vibrant Scottish landscapes and beautiful floral images which capture the colour and fragility of the bloom.
